Anyone from the triangle will tell you that visiting Village District (formerly Cameron Village) is a rite of passage to becoming a Raleighite. Those same people might also tell you that Village district was struggling to stay current. Regency Centers tasked us with determining the viability of—and ultimately executing on—a brand positioning that could appeal to new customers without alienating the existing core audience.
